Is it okay to publish an order to show cause on the internet classified section of the newspaper listed on the OSC?

Your question is very unclear. I'm guessing you mean that you got an order to serve an OSC by publication and it specified the paper it was to be published in. Is that right? And you want to know if you can just publish in the internet version and not the print version? If that is your question, the answer is "no." Your best bet is simply to go to the public notices desk at the paper and tell them you need to publish service of the OSC. They will know exactly how to handle it for you and will take care of it, then provided you proof of service at the end for your to file back with the court.
