Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was pulled over for a DUI with my kids in my car. Arrested and charged with DUI and Child endangerment. DCFS also charged me with Child endangerment. And found me guilty ordered me classes. The origional court dismissed my child endangerment afterward, can DCFS still punish me for a charge that was dismissed?

Dependency court is different than criminal court. The standards of proof are not even the same. Criminal court requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Dependency court has a much lower standard. The laws are not even the same.
