Pushed into a settlement
After a fierce divorce battle, my ownattorney '' pushed '' me into a settlement which I had only about an hour to think over and my attorney really did not do his job to fully explain to me. I regret this settlement. Is there a recorse for this settlement ?

You can petition to attack the judgment or settlement.
But time is of the essence when you do such a thing. You should start attacking it now.
