Legal Question in Family Law in California

I had a question answered earlier this month about dissomasters and what you can claim as your amount for health insurance paid per month. I put in the monthly amount I have taken out of my paycheck for myself and my two kids. But what I want to be clear on is what my ex-wife can claim. If the ONLY health insurance coverage comes from her domestic partner's paycheck, can my ex-wife claim this amount on the dissomaster for herself and our two kids?

No, your ex cannot claim on the support calculation an amount of money that she is not paying. She can only claim that which she herself is paying. Good luck!

She can only claim deductions that show up on her pay stubs.
