Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello my question is I filed a domestic partnership divorce and was finalized in November, 2009, my ex partner wrote a contract of our bills and things we aquired i do not have. There are only 2 bills that are in my name do i sign the contract ? I am on ssi/ssd
