Legal Question in Family Law in California

quick claim deed and marriage

My parents gave me a property, with a quick claim deed. I am married. Is it community property even if it's under my name only

No, it's a gift so it's separate property. However, please have your spouse sign an interspousal transfer deed that signs any interest he might have in the property to you. I know this doesn't make sense, but contact an attorney and get this done.
