Legal Question in Family Law in California

I recently found out that my girlfriend of 5 years has been married to someone else for the past 3 years. I was suspicious that there may have been something odd going on a few months after she got married, but I didn't know what or have proof of anything. I did a marriage search on her back then and nothing came back because she had a "confidential marriage". Is it possible for me to sue the state of California for withholding such important information?
