Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi i have recieved a request of order fl 300 and im gonna respond to this form wich im gonna use a form fl 320 my question is do i only have to give a copy to the other party and do i have to go to office clerk and turn in this form also stamped and signed the reason im asking is because on top of the form theres a couple spaces thank you

Yes you need to both file the FL-320 with court and properly serve it on the opposing party within 9 court days of the hearing. If you are serving the opposing party by mail - you need to allow an extra 5 calendar days. That being said, its better to file late that not file at all.
