The question is an issue of Nevada law, not California. If it is valid in Nevada, it is valid in California. The safest thing to do is to get a dissolution. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

However, I would say that it depends upon NV law not CA law. Each state has its own requirements which generally are honored by the other states.
