Release of abstract?
My ex wife has a abstract of judgement against my real property and she was paid has failed to release the abstract as agreed to in court. Is there actions I can take against her for not following thru? Can I request a copy of the court transcript?

You should give her written notice that she must provide a full satisfaction of the judgment with in 10 days or you will take legal action to show that the judgment has been satisfied. A letter from an attorney may get some action from her.
