Relinquish Parental Rights to Unborn Child
I am currently pregnant and wish to terminate the parental rights of the baby's father (we are not and have not been married). He agrees to relinquish his rights. Is it possible for such an action to be filed and completed prior to the birth of the child?

It is generally not possible to terminate parental rights at any time. Unless there is a person to take the place of that parent.
