Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am getting remarried and I have a child that is 9 years old. My future spouse and I will be doing a prenup to keep everything separate. Is my my sons father still resposnible for paying his full responsibility of child support even though I will be remarried?

Your son's father is responsible for child support for your son unless or until your new husband adopts your son.

Yes, though the amount may change. Child support is owed to the child, in theory. So remarriage does not cancel it like it does alimony. Your new spouse's income will not be included in determining gross income for your household, but it will be an input in the calculation to see how it affects the taxes on YOUR income. That's why the amount may change a bit.
