Renting house need advise

I've been married for 2 years. We recently rented at house. I have 2 children from previous marriage that live with us. My husband abuses drugs and is in rehab program now. But still uses and goes out all night and I don't know what he does. He recently sold and ATC behind my back for $700 and spent it before I even knew it was missing. Well anyway we argue all the time about his comings and goings. He stated yesterday he wants a divorce and I will have to move out. I like this house, so do my kids. I make good money and can afford it. What should I do?

Re: Renting house need advise

you could file a petition for dissolution of marriage and file an OSC requesting exclusive use of the house. The fact that he uses drugs may be sufficient for an order that he immediately leave the home, depending on what other conduct is involved.
