I want to request American Citizenship

Im daughter of an American Citizen though with a delay birth certificate and I would like to know if that would be a problem in the time I will be requesting the Citizenship.

Im Mexican with a Visa B1 B2 and its an about to expire NEXT year 2010, though my permission like visitor expired like 10 months ago.. Im really concerned ... I need expertise in this special situation.

You should get a consultation with an immigration attorney to help you petition for citizenship. I believe though if you are a child of a US citizen your citizenship is automatic so long as you are a minor and unmarried.
