Child support is treated separately from child custody. File and serve a motion to get help from the court to see your child.

No. You will be in contempt of court. You will face drivers and professional license suspensns, passport revocation, and 10% intest on all past due amounts. Do not set yourself up like that. If your ex is violating a current order, ask that THEY be held in contempt. If what they are doing is not a violation of a current order, ask for an order against it and giving you rights. Keep the side of right on your side by abiding by all orders and have them hauled into court as the one in violation.
