residency
My ex-husband is moving to California. My children and I reside in California. Our divorce decree is from another state. How long does he have to be a resident of California in order to have it modified to this state and what has to be done? I would really appreciate any information and help you could provide.

When he crosses the state line, California has jurisdiction over him and you can file. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
