Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I Get A Restraining Order?

I am divorced with two boys (ex-wife has custody) and recently remarried. I had paid child support in full (and often overpaid on occasion)consistently up until the time I was incarcerated last year for an old DUI . The ex-wife is making trouble now by constantly bad mouthing me to work associate and family members. My own family now believes that I have never supported nor spent time with the kids. She is using the order to show cause to the DA by misleading them to believe that is is still in effect. The final order had a substantially reduced amount of child support ordered than the original order yet she still claims that I owe over $60,000! She even went as far as to come into the Karaoke club (where my current wife works) and announce this over the microphone to the audience! Would this situation qualify for an restraining order?
