Legal Question in Family Law in California

Restraining order was dropped and filed with court clerk on Nov.7th, I was arrested and jailed on Nov 16th for 273.6(a). Is this legal?

It is not clear what you mean by dropped. If you mean the restraining order was not granted, and terminated on November 7th, and you were arrested for violating an order that expired, then you have a defense. But if you violated the order before it terminated, then the prosecutor has a case against you.

I suggest speaking to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, you can ask the court to appoint the public defender to represent you.
