Restraining order

I was told on the 11/20/08 that a temp. no contact order was placed, but I have not heard back on this matter and I have not been served any documentation. The person that requested this oder has contacted me over 50 times sense this time - should I do anything at this time?

Re: Restraining order

You're not bound by a restraining order until it is served on you. That being said, stay away from the person who sought the order. You also might want to pull a copy of the order from the court file. Make sure to appear for the hearing and, if relevant, tell the judge about all the contact attempts.
