retracting emotional mistakes
can I recover and still obtain custodial rights after informing respondant in a pending divorce case info regarding an isolated episode of an anger outburst that children heard.
Re: retracting emotional mistakes
What do you mean by an anger burst. If you became angry and shouted etc, that should not be a problem. If you broke furniture, punched holes in the wall etc. Then you should take an anger management class as soon as possible. The court seldom takes a child from a parent as the result of a single outburst of anger, unless there is a danger to the children.
