My friends divorce is final, the olny thing left to settle is selling the house she and her ex own. Three of us where at her house and her ex should up to take pictures of the house with permission so it can be put up for sale. The ex's attorney started going throught my friends persol property so she told him he has no right to go through her stuff. the attorney told her we have every right to go thought your stuff, as you can't make the house payment. Dose the attorney have a right to go through her stuff ? Her ex moved out long before the divorce, took what he wanted. She was trying to be nice about thhe pictures for the sale of the house. This attorney said and did some nasty stuff while he was there. He was very unprofessional.

He does not have the right to go through her personal property. Report this conduct to the court and the state bar association.
