rights of unmarried non-custodial parent
In regards to my unborn child, My ex, who is carrying the child, is planning on moving to Fresno and I we have been currently living in Sacramento. Who do I contact to have her stay here in the Sacramento County and what form should I request to submit this order. Any information would be helpful.

Cant be done here, maybe if you were both in Afghanistan. I'm sure they have a form for that.
