Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm trying to separate from my husband and we have been trying to be civil about a divorce. Some days he's really nice and other days he says i'm a bad mother and listens to his relatives when they say to try a get full custody of our kids. If there something I can have him sign, when he is in a good state of mind, stating that i'm a good mother and he agrees with that. Something to protect me if he decides to try and prove i'm bad or something?
