Legal Question in Family Law in California

Separate/Community property

Signed a prenup agreement with wife. Item (a) says all assets were disclosed; (b) says they were not disclosed. I paid half of expenses for six years toward her separate property that we lived in. She purchased 2nd property during marriage. Is that community? Am I entitled to any equity in either property?

The answer to your questions require a review of the underlying pre nuptial agreement. Pre nuptial agreements can be set aside for procedural deficiencies.
