The least expensive way to accomplish your goal is to come to an agreement as to the allocation of your assets and debts, and bring the agreement to a qualified paralegal assistant to prepare the necessary documents. You need to be a resident of Califonria for at least 6 months before you can file for dissolution of marriage.

We offer paralegal support services for self represented individuals, and our paralegals are attorney supevised.

Good luck to you!
