Legal Question in Family Law in California

I showed up to court ordered mediation to discuss custody and visitation today and my husband didn't. I still got to speak with the mediator but said things I wanted that I don't now. So, is what I said in there an agreement or can I change it when we go to our court hearing next?

It is not an agreement without him there, however, if you are in a county where the mediator makes recommendations, what you said will go in the reported recommendation. If you want to change what you said, you need to send a letter to the mediator, with a copy to your husband, right away, before the mediator writes up their report.
