Slander/Sue?
I was mad at my husband for cheating and posted a not so nice comment on his lovers myspace site. Mentioning that she was fat and ugly and that he was married. Now my husband tells me she wants to sue for slander. I told the truth but know it was the wrong place to speak about it. Can she sue us and take our home away because of this? His lover also has two attorneys. I think my husband is trying to scare me with all of this. Can she sue us?

Yes, she can sue.
The question is will she bother, and if she does sue, can she recover anything.
