Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was sleeping around with this girl, as she already had a boyfriend. She had txt me saying she was pregnant and does not know who the father is and does not want to know who the father is. My self and the other guy are no longer in her life, is their any way that if I was to right up a letter stating that she will not take me to court for child support and have it notarized will that paper hold up in the court of law if the child does end up being mine .

Mr. McCormick said it better than I ever could. The reason it would never hold up is because it is not your decision or place to refuse to be responsible to take care of a child. The court has to protect the child's right to be supported by his or her parents, regardless of how foolish or irresponsible they are.
