Legal Question in Family Law in California

my son is in CPS and the courts are wanting to terminate my parental rights I have 3 months left until my final court date, if I move to another county will my cps court matter stay in the county I am in right now or can I have my case transferred.

What you are trying to do is called "forum shopping." It doesn't work. In fact, if you move it will probably cut against you.

The case will stay in the county in which you are presently residing. It would be best for you to remain in your present county. If there is a reason in which you are moving which would enable you to demonstrate to the court that the move is in the best interests of the child, then it will not count against you, however the venue would not be changed.
