Legal Question in Family Law in California

my son is incarcerated and had seen his son a few times with the mother consent, now she does not want him to see his dad and she is not letting me see him either. What do I do? Please help!

Assuming your son is not married to the mother, he needs to file a paternity case with the court and then request orders for visitation. Part of that request should be that you are allowed to take your grandson for visitation with him. It should be filed quickly so that it can be argued that your son is accustomed to visiting Dad and that your grandson is deprived by not being able to see his Dad.
