My son who lives in california had a baby with canadian citizen. She delivered in Canada. She never put my sons name on the birth certificate. She brought the baby to U.S. when the baby was 2 months. They are no longer together and she wants support. The baby is now 8 months. She is now back in canada. What can he do to see his daughter?

Your son needs to file a Paternity Petition most likely in Canada (as from your facts; it doesn't seem like the baby was here in California for the full six months required for California to have jurisdiction) You son should consult a Canadian Family Law Solicitor that practices law in the area where the mother is living.
