My son will be 18 in March of 2001.Will I still have to pay ?I

My son will turn 18 in march of 2001.Will I have to continue to pay his mother support?His mom and I were not married.

As a rule you have to pay if is is living at home and still attending high school even if he is 18 (but not yet 19).

I assume that you have a support order by a Court against you. This does not automatically terminate you must apply to the Court via an OSC to terminate support. If your child is 18 and still in High School than you will most likely have to pay until he is either 19, or out of school, which is in the Courts discretion.
