My sons mother has refused to let me see our son age 8 because she feels it's her right to do this. I have joined physical and legal custody what are my options?

Return to court on a request for order to enforce the visitation provisions.

Ms. Kock is correct. More specifically, you file for an order to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of the existing court order for shared custody.
