spousal support
I was divorced 8 1/2 years ago after 30+yrs. I received spousal support from 2000 - 2008. X remarried & is now divorcing after 8 yrs. Is this possible since he remarried? I live in CA. He lives in AZ.

Is what possible? Yes he can get divorced and yes he may have to pay her spousal support, and yes, that could effect the amount of support you receive. Not sure that I answered your question, however.
