Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a spousal support order in CA where I pay $3000 monthly for 7 years. It’s due to end in OCT2023. My ex wife was living and is still living with her fiancé sharing an apartment and bills. They moved to TX at least a year ago. They both are on disability she doesn’t work (she is supposed to). Is there any way to reduce or eliminate my payments early?

The answer...maybe. You have to provide a copy of the Court order or Judgment to an attorney to review in order to get a correct answer. If your Order is "modifiable" and circumstances have changed, you might be able to apply to the Court for a modification to reduce the support order. I recommend you set a consultation with an attorney to review your orders.
