Divorce, even uncontested divorce can be very confusing to those now in the legal field. At each court house there is a Self-Help center that can help answer these questions, however, the legal-eze wording and the Divorce Process itself can be difficult to understand and even more difficult to manage on your own. The best I can recommend is that you go to a Mediator who can assist you with the paperwork and manage the legal issues that come up as to drafting of the Agreement and the Judgment.
