what is the statute of limitations on child abduction my daughter is no longer a minor but the mother left the state in contempt of the court order for visitation and custody ?

The order for visitation and custody terminated automatically when your daughter turned 18. No court is going to entertain a contempt proceeding if you didn't do anything about it while the order was in effect.
