I need to find out what my rights are as a sister so I can see my brother Thank You

As a sibling you have no absolute right to see another sibling. However, you can go to court and if you can convince the judge that would be in the child's best interests you might have a shot at getting a court order allowing you to see the sibling. Good luck.
