Temporary Guardianh for Minor
Can the term be for any period of time? Not using courts, but both parents are in agreement to give custody to grandparents. 15 1/2 yrs. old and would like to have the term be until shee is 18. thank you

When a child turns 18 she is no longer a minor and a guardianship would be automatically terminated. She is an adult and can make her own decisions.
