Temporary guardianship

I live in Arkansas My daughter lives in CA she has been requested by child services to enroll in a 6 month rehab program she has 4 children and has been living w/ her uncle the father of the children is in the home also they are not married her social worker has stated that there will be a hearing on Friday to grant custody to her uncle, I am going to go to CA to get the kids she does not want him to have them

what will I need to bring with me to court in order to have

child services grant me the temporary custody

You will have to get a court order allowing you to remove the children from the state of California. Such an order seems unlikely as the court must take steps to provide reunification services for mother. She cannot visit the children and proceed with reunification when the children are living so far away from her. One possible solution would be for her to move to your home or nearby. If the father does not object to the move you may be able to get this done.
