Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can I terminate my 18 year olds health insurance? My divorce papers do not give an age as to how long I have to carry, just that I have to provide insurance. My X seems to think I have to carry through age 18 ( until he reaches 19 ). I live in california ( don't know if that makes any difference )

Child support and the duty to ensure your children are covered by insurance lasts until the child is 18 and if they are still in high school, the date they graduate from high school or the age of 19. Hope this helps.
