How much time does a Respondent have to serve the Petitioner with a Demurrer in family law in California?

I have never seen a demurrer in a family law case. The situations where a demurrer would be proper in a family law case are rare, but I suppose those situations could exist in some extremely rare circumstances. Presuming a demurrer would be proper, you would have 30 days after service of a summons to file and serve a demurrer.
