Unwed mother wanting to leave California with Child

I am unwed living with a violent boyfriend.I cannot afford to live in California on my own. I want to leave California with my child for safety and financial reasons to be with family. What are the laws regarding this?? HELP

No attorney in his/her right mind would tell you, in writing, to leave CA with the child. You should find an experienced attorney to consult with over this issue. There are simply not enough facts, either.
