Vacate a restraining order

How do I go about getting a restraining order cancelled(vacated)?

The only way to end a restraining order is either wait for it to dissolve based upon the natural expiration date or you can file a motion with the court to show "that there has been a material change in the facts upon which the injunction or temporary restraining order was granted, the law upon which the injunction or temporary restraining order was granted has changed, or that the ends of justice would be served by modification or dissolution" of the order. See California Code of Civil Procedure Section 533.
