I have a video tape of my ex saying to my two year old

''mommy is no good and mommy is a liar'' Is this admissible in

court ? Does anyoone have advice for a family law facilitator or

inexpensive lawyer in Alameda Count particularly Pleasanton,

It appears as if there is a very hostile relationship between the parents. This circumstance results in large attorney fees. However, the greatest cost is not the attorney fees, but rather it is the emotional damage done to the child. Whatever stress you are feeling your child is feeling 10 times that amount of emotional strain.
