i want visitation with my kids and bring them back to the state they lived in

the mother of my kids left the state of california i do not have any court orders to see my kids she will not let me see them i wish to start some kind of visitation with the courts what rights do i have and does she have to bring them back here where they lived

You need to take action immediately. As a general rule custody is handled in the child's home state. The home state is the state in which the child lived during the past 6 months. In California it is a crime to withhold a child from the other parent. You should immediately file the necessary petition, or motion to get a custody and visitation order.
