my wife left me and i cant see my baby
my wife and I separated and now she wont let me see my child she doesnt have a legal papers saying this what can i do she telling me the only way that i can see him is if i go to court

While her advise may not always be good you should go to court to get an order. Her refusal to let you see your child can be used against her. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
