wHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I GET TO THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT TO REPORT AN ALLEGED CHILD MOLESTATION OF MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER?? MY DAUGHTER IS CURRENTLY RESIDING WITH HER MOMS MOTHER AND THE MOTHERS HUSBAND. SHE WAS GIVEN TO HER THROUGH CHILD CUSTODY COURTS LAST YEAR. I HAVE UNSUPERVISED VISITS WHENEVER I WANT, TODAY SHE CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME THIS.. MY CONCERN IS THAT C P S WILL COME TODAY AND TAKE HER FROM ME???

This is a police issue that must be sorted out. The police have trained personnel that may interview the child and determine if an arrest should be made. They may also report this to CPS for their intervention. You should consider an emergency family law motion to ask for custody of your daughter.
