Legal Question in Family Law in California

I won Temporary custody and my ex wife wants my child to go back to her. Is going back to court the only way she can get my child back? And if she convinces my child that going back is the right thing, does the current order still stand?

To properly modify an order, you are required to return to court making this request. If your child is ordered to return to your ex's care, your new ourt order should also address the childs timeshare arrangements.
