Each custodial parent is free to share their custodial time with whomever they wish as long as it is not harmful to the children. If, however, she is trying to take your custodial time for the children to spend elsewhere, she has no right to do that at all. In addition, a parent who constantly palms the children off on other people during their custodial time may be found to not be suitable for as much time as they have, and therefore have it cut back if the other parent moves to modify custody. If the children have a bonded relationship with a former step-parent of sorts, however, a court would probably look favorably on your ex having the children spend some regular time with her ex as long as the children want to and it maintains a relationship that is important to them. If she is just dumping the kids, though, while still collecting support, that would not be seen favorably.
